​Perfect Green gives a presentation in “Hong Kong Green Purchasing Guidelines for F&B Sector” seminar

Perfect Green is keen to promote good green practices to different sectors.   Recently we are invited to share about food waste management practices for Food & Beverage sector in a Green Council seminar.
 
The seminar was held on 28 June.  It is one of the activities of “Hong Kong Green Purchasing Guidelines for Food & Beverage (F&B) Sector” campaign.   The “Guidelines” suggests six major assessment areas of green purchase, namely green procurement policy, sustainable choice of food, catering equipment, environment-friendly cleaning supplies, tableware and packaging, and food waste management.
